  2. Condition of Products

  • Products must be undamaged, unscratched, and safely repacked in their original condition.

  • Damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for returning the parcel via any traceable courier service or registered post at their own expense.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Steps to Return a Product

Step 2: Ship to Us

Once we receive your returned parcel, a representative from our team will contact you within 2-3 business days to process your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy for Customized Glasses

  • Frame Refund: For customized glasses, only the frame amount will be refunded.

  • Lenses: Additional charges for lenses will not be refunded if the prescription is correct, but the customer no longer wants the product for any reason.

Lens Deductions:

  • Screen Protection Glasses: A deduction of Rs. 1000 will apply.

  • Transition Glasses: A deduction of Rs. 1000 will apply.

  • Screen + Transition Glasses: A deduction of Rs. 2000 will apply.

If the prescription provided is incorrect, we will recheck it and refund the entire amount.
